Odia Sahayak ("the App") is an independently developed, privately owned digital application. It is not a government application, not a licensed financial or legal service, and not affiliated with any statutory or public authority. The App is developed and published solely for the educational and informational convenience of the general public of Odisha.

2. No Collection of Personal Data

This App does not collect, store, process, transmit, sell, lease, share, or deal with any personal data, sensitive personal data, or personally identifiable information of any user in any manner whatsoever. No user is required to register, log in, or provide any information to access this App. The developer, co-developers, contributors, and all associated persons expressly confirm that no data collection mechanism of any nature exists within this App.

3. No Cookies, Tracking, or Analytics

This App does not deploy cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, session tracking, local storage identifiers, device fingerprinting, behavioural analytics, advertising trackers, or any other tracking or profiling technology of any kind. Your use of this App is not monitored, recorded, analysed, or reported to any person, entity, or server.

4. No Server Communication

This App operates entirely within the user's browser or device. No data, input, action, or usage pattern originating from within this App is transmitted to any server, cloud service, database, or remote system owned, operated, or associated with the developer or any third party connected to this App.

These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. By accessing or using this App in any manner, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease use of this App immediately.

1. Nature and Purpose of the App

Odia Sahayak is a privately developed, independently published digital application designed solely for educational and informational purposes. Its purpose is to assist citizens of Odisha in locating and navigating publicly available government resources, emergency helplines, and civic services more conveniently. This App does not provide, and must not be construed as providing, any legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, investment guidance, or any other form of professional advisory service of any nature.

2. No Government Affiliation

This App is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected in any manner to the Government of India, the Government of Odisha, any Central or State Ministry, any government department, any statutory authority, any public sector undertaking, or any body established under any law for the time being in force in India. Any reference to government portals, official schemes, or public services within this App is made purely for citizen convenience and does not imply any official recognition, approval, or association.

3. Accuracy of Information and Links

While the Developer endeavours in good faith to ensure that all links, helpline numbers, portal addresses, and information contained in this App are accurate and current, no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind — whether express or implied — is made regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, suitability, or availability of any content in this App. Government websites, portal URLs, and helpline numbers are subject to change without notice. Users are strongly advised to independently verify all information from official government sources before taking any action, initiating any complaint, or relying on any content provided in this App.

4. Permitted Use

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the Developer and all persons associated with the development, design, testing, maintenance, and publication of this App — including but not limited to co-developers, contributors, collaborators, and advisors — shall not be liable, under any cause of action or theory of liability, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of, or inability to use, this App; (b) any reliance placed on any information, link, or helpline number provided in this App; (c) any action taken or not taken based on content accessed through this App; or (d) any failure, delay, error, interruption, or unavailability of this App or any linked external website or service.

The Developer shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the operation, availability, or functioning of this App caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet disruptions, server outages, government actions, cyber attacks, or any other force majeure event.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of this App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts situated in Bhadrak, Odisha, India. The User expressly submits to such jurisdiction and waives any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
